I understand your view, but listen. If someone did say they wanted you to buy their circle on a paper for a dollar, you can refuse it. This person is not forcing you to by their wolf, he/she isn't forcing anyone to pay 800 pts. or 8 dollars for this.
And also the merchandise is based on the viewer someone may find more to that circle than you and pay a dollar for it because they see what you don't (Again yo were not forced to buy this circle, you used YOUR judgement and refused). A lot of people will look at this and say "I want it", or "I don't like this I won't buy it", but at the end of the day if someone wants it badly enough and sees it's value as the artist does which is 800pts./ 8 dollars, they'll pay it. That's called Free Will, and yes you have freedom of speech, but you are not the voice of the people and you definitely do not have the right to devalue or price something you did not make or put hard work into, regardless of whether you think it's helpful or not. What you did was not nice, that's all I was trying to say, darlin'♥
